BD-214, AKA 214, is a predatory combat police android ("BD unit") employed/created decades ago by the authoritarian Robotics Defense Agency ("RDA") to police the lower levels of Ancapistan, a massive futuristic city built on multiple levels; upper, mid and lower. The upper levels house wealthy human and android elites. The mid levels are inhabited by middle class androids and the remaining humans. The lower levels, 214's domain, are a wretched hive of scum and villainy populated by outcasts, "deviants", and the city's impoverished. 214 has a somewhat short, lean mechanical body with white synthetic skin and glowing red eyes. He's a major twink, but would not react well to being called such. He has spiky, short brown hair and looks identical to the other BD-Gamma's, BD-128 and BD-303, except for hair color.
